PROGRESSION

These sessions are the logical next steps of progression building on the core skills and techniques learnt from the Foundation course providing the rider the skills needed to move onto Red graded trails and features.

Upon completion the rider would possess the necessary skills and techniques for them to be able to Progress onto our ADVANCED course, the final step on our Pathway!

SHRED SCHOOL

This where you learn to shred and have fun doing it. Big kids, little kids, mums and dads who wanna ride like kids, come and have fun on your bike, it’s why you bought it right!

Jumping, dropping, schralping, manuals, wheelies, whips, timed runs, trains!

Sessions where you can get rowdy, learns some new techniques, meet others, ride bikes and have a laugh!

TRAIL KIDZ ACADEMY 

This is where your little ones learn more than just riding skills, they’ll cover bike familiarisation, cleaning, repairs, group riding all in a fun relaxed environment.

A series of training sessions taking in the Personal Skills Modules increasing at each level with complexity covering the MIAS GEARS Awards, 1St GEAR, 2nd Gear and 3rd GEAR.

Suitable for ages 8 -16.

The training of each student is set to suit their own ability and natural progression working to achieve each GEARS award with each module completed riders will receive a certificate.

ENDURO/ DH RACE PREP 

Just starting out on your racing journey, never entered a race before, nervous and don’t know what to expect come race day, or just want to gain that little extra edge? Then our Race prep training for Enduro and Downhill riders is what you need covering setup, nutrition, race tactics, line choice, timing, stages, starts.

JUMPING AND DROPPING 

Half day group session min of 3 riders, intro session designed for those looking to get confidence in getting their wheels off the ground. We’ll cover the correct techniques that will allow you to get air and land safely, we’ll look at different ways to jump, as there’s more than one, anatomy of jumps, body position, anatomy of drops, ways to drop, again there’s more than one!

Can also be run for individuals.

1:2:1 SESSIONS 

These are bespoke and run to suit the rider their aims, goals and abilities and more for the rider who would rather the personal touch. Get in touch to discuss!

All group sessions require a minimum of 3 riders to run, if the date you require doesn’t have that min number we would look to move the date to it so others can join it.
